This is the first big road trip in our Starcraft and we will travelling with our good friends "The Willetts".
Our plan is to go straight down to Torquay then meander along the GOR to Port Fairy. Take a sharp right and head up through Halls Gap and Mildura before heading home through Young. Although we have a plan all mapped out in Excel (thats me) this may change as we go along depending on the weather and road conditions etc.
We have already encountered a minor problem with accommodation in Torquay because it is a public Holiday in Melbourne on Tuesday (Cup day), luckily Paul and Janelle thought about this and have booked us a 2 sites unfortunately not in the Park we had planned but in Jan Juc which sounds quite OK, from there we will decide on the way. Making sure we are infront of a TV with champagne and a bucket of prawns on Tuesday afternoon :-)
We are all packed ready to go just need to add some fresh food and we can be off. Count down is on :-) 3 Sleeps to go.
